I think its a good idea....there will always be red v blue, but its time to open up other manufacturers....I am interested in seeing what capacity GM Chevrolet will be involved...or will they stay out and allow Holden to lead the charge...

dexIII is not recommended!....it does clean out the s**T but that s**T has to go some where!....normally into the bores and around the rings in the long term...spend a little and try PRO MA MBL8! this stuff really works...even stops big end rattles if you catch it quick enough

I agree 100%...I have a 82 Camaro and she looks good on 15" with BF Goodrich tyres, I've seen 16/17/18" wheels on earlier chevs and they look out of place.

does it stop at idle?...take her for a good drive at speed.....if it still happens replace the coil

3-5mm isn't good, have you tried dry lube around the pullys as well?

did you make sure you bled the system fully using the bleeder valve? If you have an air lock this will allow a build up of air pressure 3.8's dont like air locks....many radiators fail because of low water/ccolant levels and incorrect thermo/coolant changes.

Thanks Stealthy...We know its not a VS guard. They are VZ guards...I was referring to what I did last night( changed to the original VS guards (no pic) but thanks anyway) :)...and thats the reason Im changing to factory guards because of the poor job :)
