    a four speed out of a toyta corona fits just need front yolk changed they are a fair bit tougher than the borgwarner, i killed mine pretty quickly(borgwarner that is)

    i went with a heavy duty rpm clutch, well worth the money, just be careful with fly wheel cause if too much is taken off it you may need to get ur crank balanced as well.

    you would be better off in my opinion to run 235's all around to allow rotation of tyres, i had 17 x 235's all round on my vc it drove brilliant with them.

    a lot of 202 engines have a lot of trouble with timing when they are worked, mine did it was running 55 deg total advance when fully retarded. the solution is to get the dizzy regraphed to remove some of that advance, this needs to be done by someone who really knows what they are doing or it...

    it is cheaper if you just get a workshop manual, pay someone to press new pistons n cam together etc, get a good torque wrench n do it yourself, just makesure you follow the manual n u should be fine.

    head work will improve performance by allowing it to flow better while the shave will increase compression n this is good.

    really you can call crow cams and enquire about a towing camshaft for you motor, it will make the difference in rev range that you require, and a set of extractors may help with that as well. these modifications will not break your gearbox if the vehicle is driven sensibley. [/B]

    any one can obtain wheelspin and drive fast. but public roads are not the place to do it. there are too many dangers involved, check out you tube clip called drive safely with evanessence my immortal it may well open your eyes to what happens.

    use a multimeter to test if the alternator is charging the battery. if it is charging ok (12-14volts) your battery may well be the problem

    you can put a screw in the end of the hose to stop the fuel running out. it always happens. will take a little longer than normal to start afterwards as the fuel system will need to be primed by the fuel pump. but thats normal

    on the holley on my blue 202 there is only 1 vacume line to the holley this comes from the dizzy n goes to the metering block.

    vk jonno is right i have a mate with a heavily worked efi vk but it runs a microtec ems expensive but good.

    yes dizzy is a blue motor item that has been recurved to suit the worked motor and the coil is a hipo coil (msd brand)

    i used a v8 cable as the 6 cable isnot long enough, as for the choke i removed mine totally because on my motor it was plying up n was more hassle than it was worth, the standard cable bracket is ok to use as long as you bend it slightly so that the cable isnt pulling at 90 degree angle. im not...

    its possible your injectors are dirty, any performance mechanic or tuning shop can clean them out for you.
