Hey I've searched for about an hour and I can't seem to find an answer... I've seen people using the 1,2,3, on the automatic as a way to manually select the gear... I know its stupid, if you want to do that buy a manual... I was just wondering if this would do much damage to to the tranny...

fkford, I don't know if its just me, but my VY won't even get the wheels smoking, just drops its arse and revs to 2200rpm and nothing happens, whats going on there??? also is it bad for the transmission to lock it in the gears and drive it like a manual... I'm completely clueless about this...

Thanks mate yeah, if anyones interested DNA Designer Audio sell the fascias they only come in black so they need to be painted... I took mine into holden dealership and the bloke there sprayed it in the exact same colour for $5... now just need to buy the head unit and I'm sweet.
