I also have the same issue with my 06 Clubsport (Auto), I spoke to a specialist and he said that in the earlier models of the VE there is a issue with the pipe basically its doesn't build up pressure until after the flare. I have been told that there is a upgraded part from Holden for this..

Glad you like it mate, I had a few people who weren't 100% sure about my choice even after showing them some photoshop efforts but they absolutely loved it once they saw them on the car and in the flesh.

Update: Finally had my rims powder coated black :D What do you guys think?

2x layers 5% tint #### man going to be so dark LOL! Ive got 20% and thats dark as ####, at night you cant see into the car but whilst driving you can still see out unless your in a side street with no lights then its a little difficult :p!
