    The Ford inline 6 block is cast and machined in their engine plant in Geelong , just next to the panelstamping plant . The heads are cast elsewhere , cant remember where though and theyre also machined there at Geelong . Mercedes never had any connection to the ford 6 , it has evolved...

    Theres not many Ford owners here !! , but what surprises me is the amount of Commodore owners with a balanced viewpoint who seem positive about the coyote . It seems that in the future some of these guys will be crawling on here just to annoy you once they have changed brands , maybe me also .

    My last Commodore !!! I have a 6 litre VE , and i now avoid FG falcons near the traffic lights coz ive been walloped a couple of times by falcon XR6Ts . I was some months ago looking at trading in for an XR6T but since I did some reading about the coyote im now holding off till theyre...
