Hmmm... looks like the handbrake is ok & it is most likely the diff. Its a limited slip diff. Any ideas on prices to repair/replace?

Yup, checked that & its all good. Code 85 is the transmission, I might have to replace the trans & see if that fixes the problem.

Things will go wrong down the track with any VT. Remember they are 7 years old... And 146000 is not high. Its average. I have been in a VX taxi with 589000km on the clock & it was still the original engine. It was noisy as... but still going!

Hey mate, If you are going to sell it, I would at least upgrade to a VY/VZ. But really, 146000 isn't that much, mine is on almost 190000 with no serious problems. Just my thoughts.

Hi guys, My VT seems to have developed a squeak when 'rolling' like very little power just going along under 20km/h. It seems to be coming from either near the wheels or under the car. Its very annoying! Happens when brakes are both on & off. Any suggestions? Cheers all.

Hi mate, Thats got nothing to do with the car being a 9C1. You can access those menu's on any VT. As far an extras go that are not covered on the web link, you will also have a fusebox in the boot under the driver side carpet wall, this is for the high gain antenna. Cheers.
