Check the voltage at the horn itself. Also, check that the terminals the fuse connects to are still ok. I've had that once.

My ute will sit at lights with a small amount vibration. Although its a V6 - i assume the V8 does it more. I wouldn't worry unless it's excessive. Come to think of it the vibration is less now with 95 premium rather than e10.

Do you mean the headlights with DRL's built into them? Just my 2c - I used aftermarket headlights in my ute. I've now gone back to the OEM ones since they were sunburnt after 4 months, if you're after more light perhaps look at getting some phillips "extreme vision" bulbs.
