chrome trims

Hey guys, I've got chrome trims and chrome centre caps on my stockies, but i've noticed they're starting to get fairly rusty. Especially on the trims. One of the downsides of living right near the beach I assume :( Any tips or ideas to help save them/clean them up like new? Cheers
