Can anyone tell me Do the coloured mirror skins on a vy commodore come off? If so how? Can anyone please help?

Hey everyone. Wondering if anyone knows what the issue could be with my WK 5.7 V8 Caprice. All of a sudden I cannot recline part of the drivers chair and the mirrors no longer dip when you put the car into reverse. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I have a 92 VP commodore executive and ever since I've had it the electric mirrors have only worked in 2 directions, right and down, whenever I try to switch the mirrors up or left nothing happens. Does anyone know what the problem could be?
