po700 error

Hi hoping someone here may have had the same problem and can she some light my way. Car is in limp mode. Codes are the P0700 mil request error code. Then P0787,P0973,P0976,P2764,P2769 which are all low circuit transmission errors. Paid an Auto electrician who said all the wiring etc was fine...
