Car looks nice in the pics and the rear height does look a little low for every day use but still looks good at that height.
I run basic SL in the rear of my senator (not the HD version) as I wanted the slightly softer ride like the original HSV luxury springs (like FE2) were but lower.
As for your vibration, it won't be tailshaft if its idling rough when standing still.

Cheers mate :) will be putting sl in the rear very soon.
Haha yeah bad grammar on my behalf, it idles rough and also has a a tailshaft vibration, probably the rubber mount is split or cracked.

okay its been a while! current sit rep:
got sick of dragging the exhaust everywhere so chucked in some lovell super lows in the rear, which are really nice. Also I have recently purchased a set of harrop hsv 4 piston brakes for the front, so I will be bolting them on next week when they arrive. Also replaced the tail shaft centre bearing and still have a massive clunk from the rear when using the clutch. I dont know if its a sign if the clutch is on the way out or if my diff centre is on the way out. If it is the diff centre was thinking of chucking in a set of 3:9 diff gears as I will have a work ute in a months time so the SS will then be my weekender ride. Planning also to purchase a set of semi slicks and chuck them on a second hand set of series 2 ss ve wheels. Will post up pictures of the brakes next week when I have installed them :)
