08 ve omega g8 diffuser help

i got my diffuser and started installing it. i cut of all the tabs other than the 2 side ones. It seems to not fit. the middle of the diffuser isnt going into the bumper from where i circled below. any help

please help i cant drive until someone has a sollution. even suggestions will help

Do you have an SS rear bumper?

nope a standard omega bumper and a g8 diffuser. the photo isnt mine. i got it off the web

I know, that SS is on this forum. Pretty sure you need an SS bar to fit the diffuser.

yeah you will need an SS or SV6 bar for it to fit 100% snug , i ran into the same issue i just modded (trimmed) it a little and 1-2 splt pin's and all is now 100% snug ,ull either have to modd 1 of the parts ,ur rear bumper or the diffuser

no he has a black. the red car is a ss with a g8 diffuser . i got it off the web

was yours not going in from the middle. If i sand down do you think their will be grey marks on the black plastic
