Sorry to hear about your old man mate

Hold on to that car until you find the right time to hand it down to someone close. Things like this have to be cherished. Oh and its one sweet vette

Absolute Beast man, look after it for him

Will do my best =).
Cheers.

Good to see its going to be looked after. This is on my list of dream cars to own one day

You can feel the true american muscle while driving, It's amazing for a 37 year old car. And the 350 has the boot. =)

She's a beauty....Your dad had really good taste. Sorry for what's happen, at least you can remember him when driving the car.

Yeah he did, Always had v8s lol.

very neat corvette mate, your old man really had style:coolpimp: and as said, sorry to hear about him.

Cheers man!

Nothing more special than having your fathers pride and joy given to you after his passing.
Look after it as im sure he will be watching over you.

Cheers man!

what a great way to remember your dad! his passing must be a sore spot, but driving something so dear to him will really help keep him alive in your memory.

lucky lad ;) wish my dad had been a petrol head. all he left me with was a god damn 80's mitsubishi express wagon :(

Dad was a petrol head from when he was young.
80's express wagon!
They'd be getting rare these days wouldn't they ahha!

I plan on owning it till the day I die, And my little man can have it.
Although by then cars probably won't run on petrol lol.
And it will be old fashion to the youngens.

Thanks for all the kind words fellas.

The hole changing gears with your right hand feels weird for a few changes then gets pretty cruisey.
The main thing that I am constially watching is accidentally being on the middle line in the road.

But its not as hard as you think it is lol.

Couple photos.
We ran a Cruise and a family fun day yesterday for the Connery Heart unit at the John Hunter Hospital (Newcastle) and raised close to $1000.
The Vet was the main attraction, I snuck in the the drive haha.
