Thanks man, theres not as much off the shelf performance parts over here in NZ compared to you guys but looking at getting some tinted headlight covers for it next.
Not too sure what exactly im going to do so im sorta gonna play it by air.

Was looking through this site: Mace Engineering Group - Specialising in powering Australia's best Commodores | Automotive performance accessories
and wish everything like that was here in NZ, so much cool stuff you guys can go down the store and buy.

Anyone taken the V6 down the 1/4 mile before? Completely factory specs?
Im going to be taking mine to the Night war Drags at Meremere start of next month, will be good to see how it runs (maybe a 16/17sec pass?)
Then might do some engine mods and see how much quicker I can get by doing what

As you can probably see in the photos above the headlight covers I got didnt fully cover the lights (gap at the bottom) so got a new pair which fit alot better.
Also took the v6 down the 1/4 mile and my fastest run was 16.274 @ 135.03KMH which isnt too bad for the stock standard engine.

Few photos:

Hey mate,
the over temp gauge problem may be the Thermostat and Thermostat housing, my berlina did the same thing i changed the thermostat and housing and know it barely goes above a quarter

Don't panic about the heating issue, mine does it and ive been assured it's not the end of the world.

Definitely love the colour and wheels on this car. Don't lower it, you'll ruin it!
