Most mechanics are not going to do diagnostics like that. They will swap parts also and do some guess work.

Who you need is a specialised diagnostic technician. They are who will find the fault with access to known good wave form data v what is being produced by your sensors. They will have a picoscope or similar. They will do proper back probing.

Having trouble trying to find someone in the brisbane/ipswich area who would do this. is there a special name for them i have googled specialised diagnostic technician. and just comes up with a general mechanic.
