Yeah it's just a question of sorting out that dent.

I replaced the garnish, for anyone who desired closure on that...

But fixing that dent is going to take something else...
Bog anyone?

A long awaited update!

Before...

Then I changed the garnish

Then TODAY I bought a new boot lid and series 2 tail lights

First put in the new lights and take off the boot

And the After Shot! :)

...A close up of where there is NO DINT. Haha :)

I must say I'm very pleased with the result.

The only thing I didn't realise I needed to take home with me was the wire loom from the donor Commodore at the scrappies since I found out tonight that the orange indicator bulb doesn't fit in the series 1 loom. The new bulbs have 12 and 5 o'clock studs whereas the series 1 bulbs had a 12 and 6 o'clock studs. Shucks.
Back I go to claim what the guy thought I probably already paid for! Tomorrow beckons...

Fixed my orange tail light indicator loom by removing the wire for the towbar connection completely...

And I picked out some grommits and bolts from the scrappies last week so that I could refit my engine cover that I'd painted ages ago.

It's from a VX SS. I won the bidding today at $51.79 haha. Went and picked it up this arvo from the east side.
This is it at home. It's gonna look mad on.
