2007 VE SV6 - Head Unit Replacement

I'm wondering if its possible to replace the head unit in the 07 SV6 with a new one with intergrated Sat NAV?

Any ideas? / Links to where I can get the new unit?

Only the IQ has integrated SatNav (If optioned)

Everything pre IQ had to have the SatNav DVD drive in the glovebox hence not being integrated.
