2007 VZ Ute Fuel Filter Clips Broken

Hey guys, got hold of a vz Ute and went to change the fuel filter and someone’s had an attempt previous and pretty well effed the show, the rubberish “housing” for the clips, does not contain the clips and they have cable tied it up to make it work. What are my options? Able to replace clips? Do I have to do whole fuel line? Can I replace the hose back to where the( I think it’s brass) line starts, any help appreciated!

I have mate, mines only got the 90 degree bend on that side no straight through and I can’t see where the opposite end would clip on

look at the diagram one from the pump to the filter and back to the pump
i would buy both lines from ebay or holden and accessing the fuel pump through the tub unless you have tub liner fitted which has to be remove
