2008 VESSV Rear Bumper Question ??

Hi All.
Just gave the girl a polish and once over and noticed that on the rear bumper there are two star shaped screw holes in it. One is about half way between the tow kit and the top and the other is smaller to the left hand side. i can supply photos. I am wondering if they are suppose to have a cap or something to cover them they look very rude. Any help ???

if you can take a pic that would be good as I am pretty sure they are smooth unless someone has screwed from behind and gone thru the bumper?

Yeah I've got to agree with that, it looks like damage. You've been literally screwed in the ar$e
