2009 VE Commodore Calais
Need some help on my 2009 VE Commodore Calais where park assist fail came up, did scan got error code B0956-01 - park assist front right middle circuit, found to be damaged so replaced all 4 sensors while at it with new ones hoping will fix problem. Now I have new error code B138A-03 Device Voltage Preference Group 1 Output (Park Assist Fail) pop up, any help would be much appreciated if anyone has come across this issue. Did you disconnect the battery before changing the sensors?
You could try disconnecting the battery for 30 minutes.

Maybe best to check with a second scanner to confirm its the same.

It may sound silly, but did you plug it in all the way ?
Was there any pins damaged on the bumper cover loom, or sensor loom ?

Maybe unplug one sensor at a time and see if anything changes. Or put the originals back in and rescan, with 3 previously known working ones could you possibly borrow one from someone you know?
One of the new ones could be dodgy and causing excess resistance, lowering the voltage that returns to the module.
Only a suggestion to help narrow it down and I have never seen that exact problem.
Did you get genuine sensors? Most oem sensors are Bosch. I would also agree about checking the pins inside the connectors as krusing has suggested

Tricked me, I’d hate to think he was still stuck on this problem
