Hey guys I’m looking for some help with a VE 2010 S2 Calais. It’s only done 30 thousand ks but it was throwing a fault code P2273 Bank 2 Sensor 2 stuck rich. I swapped it out and then got fault code P0161 on the replacement sensor heater circuit on the same sensor. Swapped out for a new Bosch sensor today and am now getting code P0157 low voltage? Any ideas? Thanks.

Step 1. Clean all the harness earths on the engine loom. Brass wire brush on threads, come CO Contact Cleaner, a scotchbrite on surfaces and eyelets.

It will rule out a huge cause of electrical gremlins for no cost other than a bit of your time.

2273 and 0157 both indicate low signal voltage on O2 sensor
look for a loom that may have rubbed through and is grounding out

Cheers mate will keep looking. Everything seems brand new underneath on top and everywhere else I’m looking. Will persist.

Might look new on top but between earth eyelets and the alloy surfaces and steel can be mild corrosion that hampers resistance. Even minor corrosion cleaned off can make a difference.
