2009 VE International Drivers Seat back falling off

The back of the driver's seat has come away from the seat the whole plastic panel is only held on with 2 clip pins at the base the upper clips have pulled away from the panel and cannot be pushed back. How do you fix it?

You could try a couple of PK screws !! Seriously though, suggest you find a reputable auto seat upholsterer. They should be able to solve the issue for you. Perhaps if you were a little more specific with your location (not just Perth - it's got lots of suburbs), locals might be able to steer you to someone in close proximity to you.
