I reckon you should be a bit different and go for undersized old school rims and heaps of whitewall rubber.

maybe some nice 13's then? :)
so much whitewall it'll look like you are driving on clouds.... and probably feel like it too!

go 22'z in dah front and 16" ceptors in dah bak bro, lol, on a serious note, 20's forsure, a nice staggered set of 20's with some decent tyres would look awsome with your ssl's

The overall rolling diameter of the wheel/tyre doesn't change. So all wheel/tyre combos from 17inch through to 22 inch fill the guard exactly the same amount. There might be a mm or two either way but for intents and purposes, they're all the same.

AFAIK no power loss, but in general 22s have less grip due to the smaller sidewalls. Also generally the load rating is wrong, and if so, no roadworthy so no insurance if you have an accident.

Some 22s look good but most make the car look like its a 4wd..

So stick with 20s.
