Hey quick question hoping i can find help,
I Turned up to work yesterday and I turned the car off and the water pump let go.
I went and bought a new pump yesterday, fitted it all up and filled with coolant.
Ran it and there was water gushing out of the weep hole underneath the pump at the back.
I thought it was a bit strange because i know that usually indicates the seal has gone so i put it
down to a faulty pump and got it exchanged. Only for the second new one to do the same!!!
Im about to rip my hair out over this thing!
Is there any other reason for a water pump to loose water out of the weep hole? Th pumps new!?
If anyone could give me some advice on what to do or know what the issue is, id greatly appreciate it.
