Any advice on fitting a 350 holley to a 202 black

Starting the thing from cold is sometimes tricky. Be prepared to feather the throttle a little in the mornings unless you get your electric choke sorted well.
Me, I probably wouldn't bother with a Holley at all. Try a Weber first.
