in that case the first one was a FORD. Holden Body built a body for Ford at the end of 1931 that was part of an earlier contract that Ford would not let Holden get out of building (out of spite after GM took over Holden a few years before 1931 when Holden was still building special bodies for Ford that Ford Body could not do - Holden built bodies for Ford before Ford had its Melbourne shop). Ford used the car as part of their franchise owners display that toured Eastern Aust. Ford fitted a pre production V8 to show the new 1932 car and sign up more franchise owners.
Rumour has it that Ford made a big deal about the so called suspect quality of the body and told franchise owners that the proper Ford built product in 1932 would be so much better than the car they were shown....GM in the States was not very happy at all.
