Hi Guys,
The car when parking has been shuddering when turning the steering wheel so I assumed something might be going wrong the power steering pump.
After going back to the car tonight I turned to drive off and the shudder was there however I notice engine power loss when accelerating.
I stuck the boot into the car and it was very unresponsive but reved out but I noticed the engine sounded rough.
When I pulled into the driveway at home the engine sounded weird and the revs were low around 500rpm and the car sounds like it's only running on 4 cylinders.
Has anyone any ideas what could be going on? I've read anything from a valve Spring, pcm, 02 sensors, coils, leads and spark plugs. I changed the spark plugs and leads about 6 months ago.
I'm a little worried this is going to be something major like a broken valve Spring and it has kissed the piston and big dollars will be required.
I will quickly add that no warning lights are showing on the dash.
