5L missing + fouling plugs on one bank???

i have a 2001 supercharged commy, loves to turn a wheel!!!!

same almost exact problem on mine with the black plugs, but seems to idle ok unless i touch the gas, then it misses like a b#!$%.

possibly only running on 5?
