Hey Guys and Gals :wave:

I was just wondering if anyone could give any suggestions for some nice (not outrageous priced but still above average) 6" front speakers :thumbsup:

read above mate. they are some factors that go into selecting your speakers. but all in all Clarion make a good set, pioneer make some good 3 ways, my mate has em in his vx and they sound sweet (all un-amped), best advise mate is go to like autobarn or JB and have a listen to them.

don't really care bout the price, rather get something nice than buy 800 **** 1ns

listen to anything with a bit of bass

cheers for the advice, just hard to find 6" instead of 6.5" is all but ill check out clarion and pioneer :thumbsup:

It's worth setting a price cap, because you can get decent splits for $150, or good splits for $300, or insane splits for $1500, and anywhere in between.

It's hard to know what to recommend without having something to go by :p

It's pretty easy to fit 6.5" in Commies, you may need to modify the door mounts a little, but it's not difficult (I just did a set last week end :) )

yeh ive got a 6.5" back and front but thought i might try and get some 6's

but cheers for the advice might have a listen to different kinds :thumbsup:
