nice, i've see a similer conversion(lexus 8 too hilux) done by Castlemain Rod shop, and it was shmicko. i may be wrong but i think a m112 is too big for your engine, the m112 is good for 4.6-7ltr engines...but i might be wrong.

1316NM or 970ft/lb torque is correct.

I'd like 300hp as it sounds like a nice round number. Headers, piggyback ecu and if all else fails, new exhaust cams should get me there.

A bit big, but for $1000 I couldn't go too far wrong. I've put a set of 3.9 diff gears in which gets it on song pretty quickly.

I cant get traction if I just stomp it. In first it just hits the rev limiter and you cringe a bit at the tacka tacka type noise.

Any given Sunday this place is dead. The roads 3km long with no side roads and it's about five trucks wide. Almost every business has a locked gate.

I have to stop flogging my car or I'll wear it out.

These two took off in second gear nothing flash but it was fun.
