AC whine when accelerating

So Nrma just replaced my leaking high pressure hose yesterday. Now whenever I drive now and accelerate I notice that whenever the cold snowflake symbol is on it whines but as soon as I turn it off it stops whining. What could the issue be? Pretty fed up with NRMA because they said everything checked out after the replacement of the High pressure hose.

'Cold snowflake' means the compressor is enabled. Maybe the compressor has a crook bearing?
Get the NRMA back and take them for a ride to listen for the fault.
