Advancing timing 304

Hi guys i read on here about how the usv 304 ran more timing and that it can be done with the none hsv roller cam 304. Any way im not sure if it was 12deg or 14. Can anyone confirm please. Also looming for factory stall speed if anyone knows it.

You can go to 12deg. Any more than that and you will want to leave the base timing at 10deg and add the extra timing with an ecu re-tune.
