adventura aerial trouble

Fitting another rope and mast. i have feed the rope into the mtor turned it on and the rope goes so far in and wont go any further. do you have to reset the motor or anything silly to get the second half in i have pushed the down button on the aerial and it wont go any further.

there may be some of the old rope stuck in it, you may have to strip it down to get the broken bit out.
