You might actually be out of gas.
Mine didnt work when I first got it. Got it re-gassed and it works now.

Just make sure there is gas by pushing the valve down...

Check the kick panel if there is more.

vt v6, mods(susp brakesetc...)
the ac clutch on compressor is swtitched by a 12volt siganl
12 volts in one pin and earthed out other side!~
use a test lamp to check power getting to compressor
if not
check EVERY FUSE in engine compartment as maybe someone rewired it on you (ive seen this before)
else swap relay and see if clicks when ac is turned on car running
then get back to me.....

relay has no power to terminal/s?
power to 86 or 30 is lost?

if relay doesnt click i assume no power to 86 which is signal side(from interior ac switch directly ((from memory)))) to make relay supply power to a/c via relay internals...
so....

if you swapped relay and it works in another circuit (hence you know relay is okay)

its probably either earth (missing open circuited) to signal side at pin 85 (85 goes to an earth)
or no power to 86?
which means switch inside car isnt supplyin power to relay to make it internally switch on ac power supply

im now looking for diagram at mates place hang on.....he doesnt have one and he has all of them......
which motor do you have vt type v6 or vn type
i have one for vt type but not old vn type

I went to the wreckers, Ask them for a fan speed resistor, they pulled it out the car, gave it to me.. and now I have a 4 speed fan.. ; so get it replaced..
This should help with where power comes from..Hopefully you can understand..

I was guessing you had a VS..

I also tried attempting to bypass the pressure switch and had no luck.. ; Ive got no gas so im hoping if I get some gas it will help me..
