Air Con Vents not opening on Vn commodore

hi guys ive tryed the search but couldnt find any thing on this topic

Any ways i have a vn series 2 and the air con dials to change from feet vent to window or dash vent do not work

I have taken the dial unit out checked that the vacum hose`s where connected but still no luck i even traced every hose also i had my dash apart and i found the foot vent the lid i closed it while the car was running but it would still open up its stuck on foot vent i can change the dial but doesnt change to any other vent:bang:

Has any body had this problem or know how to fix it

sounds like you've got a vacuum leak. check all vacuum hoses in the engine bay, check that black vacuum ball under the airbox too.
