yes, i used the + on the relay and the - on the compressor?

this diagram should explain how you should wire up the air horns.

Relay
85 - ground
86 - +ve from the old horn
30 - fused 12v straight from the battery
87 - +ve on air compressor

and just connect the other pin for the air compressor to ground

98 VT brake fluid affected Commodore Executive
Hey mate, good to hear you got 'em working. I am currently in the process of fitting air horns, well a single air horn in my VT, And I was just wondering what type of compressor and resevoir tank you have used? email me at [email protected]

i had five air horns the dukes of hasard ones and when i connected it to the existing relay and wiring for some reason was sounding slow iam asuming there wasnt enough power???? anyway i took em off b4 i got a canary from cops cause i think 2 is the limit u can have???

pretty sure its not about how many horns you have but the tone that it makes. you can have as many horns as you like as long as its a single tone and not any of those musical tones
