Any advice on remapping of the alloytec ecu, or any ideas on a plug and play ecu for the alloytec??

Try mace engineering for remapping/tuning. Otherwise talk to Phil at performance manifolds, he successfully implanted a motec ecu in an Alloytec before. Costs a shitload though.
