^ will that be able to run two 12 inch soundstream subs 1000w, (LW-12) well ?

A: Yes, but they will need to be 4 ohms DVC wired parallel for a 1 ohm load, or 2 ohms SVC.

If you don't know what your doing then i wouldn't reccomend buying from overseas...
