They should have made Terms and Conditions saying "If you upload illegal stuff, we aren't liable since this is a site designed for file sharing through the public world wide".

Just a heads up to everybody, If you don't want to get those annoying little emails from your ISP..... Download a program called "peerblock" used to be called peer guardian....

:D

Or you can just delete the email.

..or do what I do and never check my ISP email address.

Or switch to Internode. They never send them out. :)

I think most of the internet providers will be worried about sites like btJunkie closing down as many of their customers will downgrade their plans because they won't longer be needing the big download limits they currently have.

file sharing sites are like terrorists, kill one and 10 pop up. dosent matter what laws come out there will always be a host somewhere in the world.... if it comes down to it it will be like "the boat that rocked" a server in international waters or something....
