Depends on how much you want to spend. Exhaust is always a good place to start (the sound makes you think you've gained heaps of power, but in reality you haven't :p ). High flow air filter (K&N or similar), then maybe some new rockers, extractors, then chip/tune. All comes down to how much you want to spend.....and just remember power isn't cheap

headers and good exhaust plus YT 1.95:1 roller rockers are good for about 20rwkw on a VY V6. see " are roller rockers worth it" thread below get a good CAI setup with K&N to get more benefits again

http://forums.justcommodores.com.au/showthread.php?t=45591

then to increase the driving pleasure get a stage 2 shift kit fitted with corvette servo, it may not increase the power but it will improve the way the box puts the power down to the rear wheels etc. then if your still keen for more, get your cam timing corrected, factory timing can be upto 6 degrees retarded. retiming the cam to "straight up" (or 0 degrees) should also gain a few KW for about a $100 variable timing chain set

Try this!

Vy Exec
Ecotec V6 Auto.
Pacemaker 1-3/4" extractors $500
2.5" Cats back Twin System $700
Twin 2.5" Stainless Cat's $600
Y/T Rollers 1.95:1's $600
Iridium Plugs $84
Cleaned Throttle Body $12
Magnatec Oil/Ryco filter $40
Tectaloy Gold Coolant $22
Moreys Oil stabilizer in diff 50% Diff Oil 50% $40
$50 Pod filter connected to MAF. $50
Single stage shift kit (piggy back ECU) $75

Total$2723.
Took around 4 hours Excluding Exhaust. May as well be a different car!!
Very responsive anywhere under half throttle (excellerates firmly).
Shift is crisp, and fades as RPM increases to save driveline.
aggressive with a growl and rapid acceleration in first and second, havn't tried third.

From experience (same for VYCHRISSO) the rockers, extractors, plugs and full service of every fluid in the car is best plan for more zing.

We are also going to test the little piggyback automatic trans control module this week, its low low cost and definitely a plus for VY's we believe
