Anyone had problems with spitting off air-con belts on 6.0Ltr motors?

I've got a '06 VE GTS and it keeps on throwing the air-con belts off it's the single tensioner model and I've been told that Holden had problems with the dual tensioner set-ups and mine has a under driven pulley but has a smaller belt to compensate (4PK1050 instead of the 4PK1100) so any any have a idea what could be the issue?

Theres a revised ac compressor bracket and pulley that stops the belt being thrown off.

Mine had a shitty separated harmonic balancer witch threw a/c belt off I had to wait 2 months for a balancer ! on VE R8 maloo not happy.

If still under warranty they check the balancer when doing the revised bracket, if it has excessive runout they change that as well.

Normally a stocked item no idea why you waited that long.

They changed mine a couple of weeks ago without me even mentioning it when i had the rear main fixed.

The hsv tech hinted that its mainly the drivers that drive their car a bit harder than normal who have troubles.

Mine came off about a month ago. Only knew since the aircon stopped working. When it came off it snapped a couple of wires . Cars got over 99k on it now so it took awhile .
