Hit a wombat, only thing that broke is the "plate".. now I can hear all the road noise coming through the cabin :(

Anyone know what it is/called, and how to replace it?

What part of the car is it from, it doesn't ring a bell.

Under the car, disconnect the selector stick, and theres four nuts that hold that plate in. Then should be able to lift it out.

I don't know, I've only had to remove the things. Best idea would be to hit up a wrecker for one.

It's visible once you take the gear selector plate off (P,R,N,D etc).
I thought that's what it was but I couldn't see how that would break hitting a wombat.
You might want to check Holden's price before buying from 4block, they seem to charge nearly as much for a secondhand part that you can get a new one for.
