so are venetians illegal on a vz sedan in SA? some cars come with them so i dont c ho they would be illegal, but i thought i would ask anyways. thanks !!

All depends on which windows they are installed !! Not quite sure why you are asking if they are illegal on a VZ. Surely if they were illegal it would apply to ALL vehicles.

If a sedan rear window or station wagon rear and side windows. You MUST have reare view mirrors capable of providing the driver with a CLEAR (unobstructed) view to the rear.

How do you think panel van or delivery vans with NO rear or side windows manage to avoid defects if such fixings or body designs were illegal ?

Yes, it is illegal to be on a car. In a car is perfectly legal if wearing a seatbelt. Tell the Italians from Venice to sit in the car then all good.
