As long as car's can push out speeds of 100+ people will always speed, period.

The cops just want revenue. Hiding on the side of the road, placing 'invisible' camera's - It's not preventing speeding, it's "here, we will let you speed on this road, then we will make you pay us for it"

the fear of hidden camera's is never going to prevent speed.
