What is this rainx stuff you guys talk of ?

I hate keeping my windscreens clean, we'll, I can't get em clean to start with

its a wax based substance that beads the water (polar and non-polar substances) and makes the water run off your windscreen without wipers i've been using FW1 and it works fine (the stuff you get at servos when they're doing "sales"

Nah, i actually forgot you need the plugs as well.
Had to go back to matt's, he cut them out of the VX for me.
Then cut off the plugs from my vt and soldered in the new ones.
Wires are all the same colours so it wasnt hard at all.

Had a mate holding the wires together as i soldered haha.
all heat shrinked
then loomed up neatly.

I reckon the VT cruise control is easier to be honest, you can use it with one finger instead of taking hand off wheel to twist.

But the buttons on the vt one are sooooooooo cheap feeling. these feel a little better.
