Bad engine squeal on startup

Hey guys my car has been making a bad squeal on startup. I have changed the belt, checked all the pulleys and tried putting dry lube on the belt but it is still there. It happens every time I start the car only if the engine is very warm and I start the car it doesn't make noise. Any ideas?

could be your starter... my car does the same thing, and so does my friends both manual vt's. my car never done it until I changed my clutch and went solid fly wheel. I never bothered with looking at as my mechanic said its fine

If you're sure it is the belt, you might need a new tensioner.
