Bad Vibrations

Hey guys, for the past few days ive noticed that my car vibrates violently at about 40km/h. The vibrations seem to be coming from the back of the car around the diff area as I sat in the back and got a mate to drive. It felt like i was sitting in a paint shaker. Problem disapears once you hit about 70 - 80km/h. Any ideas on this one??
