Before fitting the diff, just check the unis will fit into the yoke of the diff....I have found that disc braked diffs have 2 different uni sizes....one is smaller than the other.....the smaller ones are commonly referred to as 6 cyl unis and the others V8 ones. Of course, the u-bolts are different between the 2 as well.
I have 2 disc braked diffs here.....One has 3.08 ratio which has V8 unis and the other is 2.78 ratio, which has the 6 cyl unis.
If you need the tailshaft cut to suit the different unis, you'll be looking at $170 to $180 for the cut and re-balance....This is S.A pricing (as of today )....So something to stick in the memory bank
