as i said earlier if it was parasitic draw it would not stop at 12.2v, it would keep going lower the longer you leave it
do you have any smart electronics fitted, example dashcam that turns off if battery gets low,
battery is either not getting full charge ,your first post kind of eliminates that
or is a cheap battery and 12.2 is it's fully charged static voltage
sounds more like poor battery
what brand/size are you using
still not answered,
does shop where battery bought have a high turnover or old stock

Here is a red herring. A case of battery voltage dropping but showing >14V on start up. The problem was not electrical. The problem was mechanical. The harmonic balancer was slipping slightly on its mount and would show >14V when cold but as it warmed up failed to drive the alternator properly and the battery voltage would drop over time to low 12s. True story.
