battery to boot whats involved

The VE battery power cable runs from the battery on the passenger side in the boot through the rear panel behind the back seat and dips down under the seat along the floor under the carpet and then up into the kickpanel area on the passenger side and through the firewall / scuttle panel big positive post under the bonnet. I'm unsure where the negative cable runs but it needs earth to both the body and also either the engine or the back of the transmission. Run audio cables away from the heavy battery cables, preferably on the other side of the chassis.
